{with Thanksgiving} Day 23: Emilia

Emilia does everything big.  Tell her to swim fast and she'll win her heat.  Score a goal, she'll score 10 (literally).  Get the mail, she'll wear 4 pairs of pants to keep warm.  She argues big, sleeps hard, cries big, laughs big, plays hard, and best of all she loves BIG.

This little 5 year old can have my heart in knots and then melt it the next minute.

I don't know what this family of ours would be like without her.  She adds so much joy and laughter to our home.  As with each of the children, we are working on areas where we can be more charitable.  One thing about Emilia is that she is honest.  Sometimes too honest.  When she's not in the mood to be nice to you, she won't put on a show.  We're working on a more gentle way.

She's loves to help me and care for Mary.  She loves to play with Lucy and will take Christian in any competition.  She loves Daddy's tickles and snuggles.  She is beautiful in a million and one ways....
