Summer start.

Last week was our first full week out of school, so we hit the pool for swim team practice and lessons for the little ones.

Here's Lucy right before she gets up on the starting block. She is still nervous (especially since 3 of the meets have been delayed due to thunder), but I'm so proud of her for trying something new. 

Emilia's practicing big arms and keeping her chin down.  She always looks like she's about to drown, but that's just how she wildly swims. Emilia style...

Christian is just taking up space in the pool and told his high school swim instructor he loved her.  He also asks me to do his hair before lessons and then looks in the mirror and says, "oh yea..."
